How does the 3-day free trial work?
You start a full Pro trial with a credit card on file. We don't charge during the 3 days. If you cancel before day 3, no charge. If you keep going, your first $99 charge hits on day 4. The card requirement filters tire-kickers, so the brands who start the trial are the ones serious about turning DMs into a revenue line.
Will my Instagram account get flagged or banned?
Account safety is the whole product design. We respect Instagram's daily DM volume limits automatically, use engagement-based pacing (no bursts), and rotate template variation (no identical messages) — all the patterns that get accounts flagged when brands do this manually. As long as you stay within product guidelines, your account runs within Instagram's expected behavior.
Can I actually track revenue from the DM channel?
Yes. Every DM link is UTM-tagged automatically, and our Shopify integration attributes orders back to the DM that drove them. You see real ROAS on the channel — not a guess. The structural advantage: you're converting an audience you already own, so you're not paying Meta again to reach followers you already acquired.
Will sending DMs at volume get my account banned?

Can I cancel anytime?
